Multi-million dollar end of trip makeover

Hawaiian will be providing tenants of London House high quality end of trip (EOT) and bicycle storage facilities with an extensive upgrade scheduled for 2015.

With the company’s philosophy of connecting people and places, Hawaiian has established itself as a leader within the industry for their approach to tenant relations.

The WA property group engaged with leading design and consulting firm, Woods Bagot earlier this year to design EOT facilities for its two landmark Perth CBD buildings with the brief to create a true lifestyle experience for their tenants, while considering future demands.

“Whilst London House already offers a level of end of trip and bicycle storage amenities, we want to ensure that we continue to evolve our buildings to cater to our tenants and their lifestyle needs,” said Richard Kilbane, Hawaiian’s General Manager of Development & Commercial.

As part of the upgrades, a new building is being constructed on the upper carpark deck to accommodate the amenities.

Perth based builder, Credentia Construction have been appointed to handle the project with works expected to be completed by the end of 2015.
