Multi-million dollar end of trip makeover for office buildings

London House and Parmelia House tenants now have access to high quality End of Trip (EoT) and bicycle storage facilities following Hawaiian’s extensive upgrade works

CBRE Office Services Director Western Australia, Lachlan Lewis said over the past few years increasing demand from tenants for quality amenities had become clear.

“State of the art EOT amenities and modern, secure bike store facilities are now very ‘big ticket’ items in the CBD, influencing tenant decisions, and becoming a standard requirement for quality grade buildings.”

With the company’s philosophy of connecting people and places, Hawaiian has established itself as a leader within the industry for their approach to tenant relations.

The WA property group engaged with leading design and consulting firm, Woods Bagot to design the EoT facilities for its two landmark Perth CBD buildings with the brief to create a true lifestyle experience for their tenants, while considering future demands.

“Whilst both buildings already offered end of trip and bicycle storage amenities, we wanted to ensure that we were evolving our buildings to cater to our tenants and their lifestyle needs,” said Richard Kilbane, Hawaiian’s General Manager of Development & Commercial.
