We have invited a bicycle mechanic to be on hand to give you tips on how to conduct a bike safety check, basic bike maintenance, including how to change a tube and how to prepare for seasonal conditions.
Time: 7am -7:45am

Where: London House, Bike Locker Room
Trench Health & Fitness will be taking you through how to get the most out of your gym work out, with a guided workout of cardiovascular and resistance exercises. This class is designed for participants to work at their own intensity, working through a circuit format moving through stations to challenge different energy systems and muscles groups.
All fitness levels and abilities catered for.
Located at the London House Gym, all tenants are invited to Come along for a free session at either of the below times;
- 12pm - 1pm on Tuesday 14th March
- 12pm - 1pm on Thursday 16th March
